Can you build above average strength with good looking muscles?
Can you do it on something like 0.5 grams of protein per lb of weight? I weigh 200 lbs. Even getting 100g of protein a day seems like a chore.
Can I build strength on 100g of protein a day?
Can a 150 lb man do it on 75g a day?
